Yes, well, Mackinley had form with his provactive probing of David Kelly, so his card has been marked for a while yet.
Nobody seems to have mentioned Richard Shepherd (Con) who was clearly moved as he spoke, and essentially summarised my own thoughts on the subject. He’s worth a look-up.
