Charlotte Gore calls Libertarian blogs bonkers

Well thought-out posts like this are the reason that Charlotte Gore has recently moved from the ‘Newly Added’ folder to my ‘Politics’ folder in my newsreader, whilst Devil’s Kitchen has moved from ‘Politics’ to ‘Consider Deleting’.

The fact is, libertarian blogs have a penchant for being arrogant, self-obsessed, knee-jerking and puerile, whilst assuming that they speak for everyone in the country. In fact, some would say that is exactly the reason they have a good internet readership – that attitude appeals to many internet-dwellers. Charlotte Gore, on the other hand, is a breath of fresh air after that attitude.

Shame she’s a Lib Dem…
