Gordon Brown Agrees to TV Election Debate
It’s on BBC News, it must be true…
[Brown] is thought to believe debates will highlight the choices facing voters. In an early draft of his speech there was a line where he said: “You have a right to know”.
I wonder what on Earth could have changed his mind? Oh, hang on…
It comes as a new opinion poll puts Labour in third place behind the Liberal Democrats.
Well that explains that one, then.
