Number 10 Responds to ‘Resign’ Petition
Classic Brown:
The Prime Minister is completely focussed on restoring the economy, getting people back to work and improving standards in public services. As the Prime Minister has consistently said, he is determined to build a stronger, fairer, better Britain for all.
The correct response, of course, would have been ‘no’.
It is not a very good response, from our great leader, is it?
He never gives enough for you to hang your hat. He just lowers his tone to appear a father figure. What a legacy he will leave.
Brown never answers any question that he doesn’t want to. Here, and at PMQs, if asked a question he dislikes, he answers the one he wanted instead.
Unelected to his position, he now refuses to submit to any effective form of scrutiny.
He must go.
The Prime Minister is completely focussed on restoring the economy, getting people back to work and improving standards in public services.
Stu, do you think he is so busy, he did not read the petition and he doesn’t realise what we were asking? The reply did not even acknowledge that his resignation was being petitioned for. Maybe he thinks we will go away. He never seems to appreciate the bigger picture.
