I meant to say how I much liked the poppy there earlier.

Shouldn’t the government do their bit? Silly me, they have spent all their money. Given I have invested in at least three poppies this year to look the part, I will hold back on my firepower. It may be needed by others in the months to come.

I knew you would say that, P. Well, it didn’t all start out as our money as they have borrow from elsewhere and ‘printed’ (a euphemism for created). However, now it is one giant black hole of debt, it is our money. Er,… was our money as it is us who owe it back so yes, in a final analysis you are correct, P. To add insult to injury, they can’t even equip the soldiers properly or have an entirely open enquiry into the real reasons the country was hoodwinked into fighting in Iraq. Appalling and shameful.
